This course will give you the essential knowledge needed when you’re afloat: navigation, safety, seamanship and passage planning.

Essential Navigation course, offers a great introduction to navigation and safety awareness for new or inexperienced skippers and crew, and those wanting to refresh their skills.

We highly recommend it before taking the Competent Crew Course or the Power Boat Level 2. Also if you need to improve your nautical vocabulary in english.

This is a RYA interactive course provided by the RYA.

It can be taken anytime, anywhere and at your own speed. All you need is a computer and the internet!
